Where do our licenses come from?
We work with multiple licensing channels — authorized retail distribution and bulk-volume reseller contracts among them — to bring perpetually-valid keys to Indian buyers at lower prices than the listed retail. Every key we sell activates on the software publisher's official activation servers, the same way any other key would.
We've supplied licenses to Indian individuals, small businesses, and enterprises for years. We don't deal in pirated software, cracked installers, or keygens. If you're comparing us to a deeply-discounted listing on a marketplace, the difference is simple: we stand behind every key with a written replacement guarantee and 24/7 support. Marketplaces don't.
Is payment secure?
All payments go through PCI-compliant payment gateways — PayU, CCAvenue, or UPI — never through our own servers. We never see your card or UPI details and we don't store them. Every checkout page is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate, and we use cookie security best practices including signed CSRF protection on every state-changing request.
If your payment fails at the gateway, no order is created and no money leaves your account. If the gateway charges you but the order fails to confirm on our side, the payment is automatically reconciled — you'll see the order in your account within a few minutes, and our support team will assist if it takes longer.
What if my key doesn't work?
License keys: 30-Day Replacement Guarantee — the clock starts from your delivery date.
Office 365 account products: Replacement covered for up to 3 years from purchase.
If a license key fails to activate or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact support and we'll send you a replacement at no charge. We typically resolve activation issues within the same day; rare cases that need escalation can take up to 48 hours.
Office 365 account products have a longer window — up to 3 years from the date of purchase — because these are account-based, not single-activation keys.

How do I reach support?
Support is available 24/7 via the ticket system on this site — most queries are answered within 24–48 hours. For activation issues that need a fast response, include your order number and the exact error message in your ticket; that lets us match the right replacement key without back-and-forth.

How does Office 365 access work?
Office 365 products are delivered as a ready-to-use account: you receive login credentials (a dedicated email and temporary password) via email immediately after purchase. Sign in at office.com, change the password to one you'll remember, and you're ready to install on up to 5 devices — switch by signing out.
Important — please read before purchase
When you sign in for the first time, you'll be prompted to change the temporary password. The password you set is the only password — there is no password reset, no recovery email, and no “forgot password” flow. If you lose access to this password, we cannot recover the account. Save the password in a password manager or somewhere safe immediately.
This is a deliberate constraint of how these specific account products are provisioned. It's also why the 3-year replacement window above doesn't cover password loss — the account itself is still valid, only access to it is lost, and we have no mechanism to restore it.
